BioKONJIKI NO GASH BELL SPOILERS BELOW!!

What "time period" did this character come from in your series?: During the Faudo Arc, after defeating Riou and taking control of the demon tower, Faudo
Personality/Powers: Zeon is arrogant, but he not in that he boasts, he truly believes it is fact that he is stronger than everyone. And as far as Gash canon is concerned, that has never been proved wrong. He finds weak people amusing, espescially those that think they stand a chance against him, and while he seems like he doesn't want there to be weak people, he enjoys causing them pain, but does not make it last. Zeon's powers are similar to his brother's, but not exactly the same. Zeon can create enormous lightning strikes from his hands, as well as enormous lightning beams and a ring of electricity that fires many smaller lightning beams that are even more powerful than the large ones. Besides for his lightning, Zeon also has the power to teleport by wrapping his cloak/dress thing, which has the inexplicable ability to get bigger with each (manga) appearance of Zeon, around himself and others and vanishes. He can take a strand of hair and turn it into a creature he calls his "scarecrows" and can speak through them, as well as read minds and erase memories. He also has immense physical strength, to a point where he can kick around a creature the size of a building with relative ease.
Background:
Zeon is a six year old demon from the series Konjiki no Gash Bell (or Golden Gash Bell.). 100 demons, every 1000 years, go to the realm of humans to compete in a war, by burning each other's books, and the last demon standing is crowned king for the next 1000 years. Zeon is Gash Bell's, the main protagonist's, twin brother. While it is not clear how, Zeon despises Gash to a great extent and "hates his face." Apparently, Gash inherited "the Baou," and Zeon grew to hate Gash because he himself does not have "the Baou." Zeon first appeared in a flashback when Gash, who had lost his memories 'inexplicably,' had a flashback in a forest in England. In the flashback, Zeon appears with his partner and speaks to Gash, telling him how he hates Gash's face and that he cannot stop thinking about Gash, how much he hates him, and uses his weakest spell to, well, untterly pwn him. Zeon moves to burn Gash's book, but changes his mind. He chooses to erase all of Gash's memories, and leave in the human world, where he will be constantly attacked by demons without knowing why, where he has no one there for him, as opposed to going home to his family.
Zeon later appeared in Poland, where Apollo, a human partnered to an insect-like demon called Ropsu/Ropes, called out to Zeon, mistaking him as Gash Bell. This upsets Zeon instantly, and he turns around and decides Apollo, who decides he doesn't want to fight Zeon, is a naive fool and then challenges Apollo and Ropsu to a fight. During the fight, Zeon's partner, Dufaux, is first seen, and he has the ability to predict attacks as well as cause a lot of damage, and shown to have no fear. Zeon and Dufaux easily defeat Apollo and Ropsu, and Zeon does not evil allow them a proper goodbye, destroying Apollo's book as soon as it starts to burn.
Zeon does not show up again for a long time, but when he does, he appears in the room of Gash and Kiyomaro, Gash's partner, and tells them that a demon called Riou is moving to awaken the demon tower, Faudo, and bring it from the demon world into the human world, leaving afterwards and not appearing again for another long while, but appearing INSIDE Faudo, seeming to have already been there since before anymore. He watches from the sidelines, before going up to the control room and beating down Riou, who was one of the strongest demons to date, with incredible ease, and taking the gem that controls Faudo and attatching it to himself, becoming the one in control of the giant heading to destroy Japan, after convincing Riou's former minions to work for him.
